About Hands in Motion
Hands in Motion is a non-profit organization that provides adults with intellectual disabilities a once a week social event. We are located in southeast Pennsylvania in the greater Philadelphia area. These activities will differ each week, from day trips into the city of brotherly love to movie sing-along parties! We aim to bring fun and happiness, and we welcome any feedback to make our programs right for our members!
Our Why
We want to create a welcoming environment that individuals can be excited for every week. We strive to bring people together and create a sense of community. Having an intellectual disability does not limit the amount of fun that someone can have! With social programs available, individuals have the chance to explore the city, meet new friends, and make memories that will last!
